Membership accounts — If you create a free Ep2Art Misfit Collective account, we collect your email address, a screen name you choose, and a hashed (non-reversible) password. Your email is used as your login and to send you a welcome message. We do not share or sell member email addresses.
Custom order requests — If you submit a custom order form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and the details you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Information you send us — If you email us or message through linked social platforms, we receive whatever you choose to share (for example your email address and message content).
Live chat — Messages posted in the live chat are visible to other viewers during a stream and stored temporarily on our server. Your member screen name is displayed with your messages.
Technical data — Like most websites, hosting providers and CDNs may log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) when you load pages or assets.

How we use information

We use contact details and messages to respond to you, send a welcome email upon account creation, fulfill orders or inquiries when applicable, and operate the site (including streaming and chat features). We do not sell your personal information.
